Liliana Ordonez is the founder, owner, and CEO of Universal
Supplies Distribution. She immigrated to the United States from Colombia
seeking medical care for her
first-born son, and is now a proud
US citizen.
The idea for the business began while she was pregnant with her third child and on maternity leave from her position at Telemundo.
Liliana made a 180 from media to the resale industry, at first focusing on medical supplies. She studied medical billing and researched everything she could to understand how to succeed in her new venture.
After restaurants, beauty care, janitorial, and many other types of companies wanted to buy supplies from Liliana, she started expanding to provide truly, Universal Supplies.
